Acceptance
By using hellogen.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided by the HelloGen team (“we”, “us”).
The service
HelloGen provides free, ad-supported AI image generation and editing tools. The service is provided “as is”, without uptime guarantees. Models, features and limits may change as the underlying technology evolves.
Your content & license
You keep all rights you have in your prompts and uploads. To operate the service we need a limited license to process them for generating your results and preventing abuse. Generated images are yours to use, including commercially, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use HelloGen to create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that impersonates real people in a misleading or harmful way, material that infringes intellectual property, or content that is illegal where you live. We may block prompts and rate-limit or ban abusive traffic.
AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate, unintentionally similar to existing works, or unsuitable for certain uses. You are responsible for reviewing images before you rely on or publish them.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloGen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a free service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which is zero.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
