About HelloGen

HelloGen is a small, focused tool with one job: give everyone access to modern AI image generation — free, instant, and without an account.

We built HelloGen because the best AI image models kept ending up behind credit systems and subscriptions. For a student making a presentation, a small shop owner mocking up a product shot, or anyone who just wants a wallpaper, that friction is unnecessary.

HelloGen runs on efficient open-weight models — Z-Image Turbo for generation and Qwen Image Edit for editing — which keeps our compute costs low enough that a few well-placed ads can cover them. That is the whole business model. No premium tier is waiting to lock features away.
