About HelloGen

HelloGen is a small, focused tool with one job: give everyone access to modern AI image generation — free, instant, and without an account.

We built HelloGen because the best AI image models kept ending up behind credit systems and subscriptions. For a student making a presentation, a small shop owner mocking up a product shot, or anyone who just wants a wallpaper, that friction is unnecessary.

HelloGen runs on efficient open-weight models — Z-Image Turbo for generation and Qwen Image Edit for editing — shared by the Qwen community and the wider open-source ecosystem. That is what keeps compute affordable and image generation free. Optional paid plans add premium models, upscaling and priority speed for people who want them.
